Holiday fee

On public holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Midsummer, Easter and other red days (not ordinary Sundays) an extra daily charge is added.

 

Destruction fee

For chewed-up items such as furniture, beds, furnishings, etc. a destruction fee is charged per item/occasion.

If the dog causes more extensive damage to property, people or other dogs, the dog owner is obliged to fully reimburse or pay all costs for this.

 

Discounts

For several dogs from the same household who share a kennel, the second, third, fourth, etc. get a discounted price for stay and holiday fee. For stays of 14 days, a discounted price is also given.

Cancellation policies

If you want to cancel your dog's stay, this is done completely free of charge up to 14 days before the stay. For cancellations made within 14 days, but before 24 hours, of the booked stay, a fee for late cancellation is charged.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked stay, or for no-shows, 50% of the price of the stay is charged.
